Our name “Virtù” has a number of connotations that are at the core of our business ethic. One from the English 18th century connotes “knowledge of or expertise in the fine arts.” This means that we use our expertise, experience and inspiration on behalf of our clients: keeping their art at the center of what we do. The second connotation is of Machiavellian/Florentine origin and relates to virtue and high standards of service, work and integrity.
At Virtù, we aren’t interested in having a lot of bands on our website and hoping that someone will see them and book them. Our craft is the relationships with festivals and presenters that we leverage on behalf of our clients, the efforts that we continuously make to build new relationships and discover new opportunities. The agency that we have with our artists is one where much is riding and one that we don’t enter into lightly. Our hard work allows our artists to do what they do best – create.
